I sought Michael’s expertise a few days before I ran the Eugene Marathon and he did not disappoint! I’ve had a nagging hip flexor and adductor over-use/load issue and he skillfully worked at it for the full time of our session. He is professional and very knowledgeable. Michael checked in throughout the session re tolerance of pressure and overall comfort. Highly recommend!
