I called just to be brushed off and told she wasn't a attorney and she didn't have one handy but she didn't feel like they could do anything for me. The lady stated she wasn't an attorney and she didn't have knowledge about the specific legalities of my potential case. She never offered to take my number down so I could talk to an attorney you know the person who could answer my questions and help me get resolution to my current situation. My three times I visited with the lawyers at the Oregon law center. 1. Our van was in dire need of repairs but we couldn't find an honest mechanic. We were stuck on the chetco when the us park service gave us a $130 ticket for overstay. Yes, we broke the law by being unable to move and unable to move anywhere anyways cuz sleeping in cars is basically illegal. I was especially concerned about trying to be able to fix the van AND pay the ticket lest the federal gov put a warrant out for my arrest. The law center told me I brok... read more
Went to see them once and was rushed through the process and told to come back if I needed more help. It took over a week to get in touch the next time and then they told me there was no help available even if they told me to come in. Lady was a little rude about it too.. I don't know what her job is but if it's providing legal advice they should pull funding.
