They're always so helpful
There's a sticker next to the door saying "Co-Op", but any time you need to do anything co-op they inform you they're just a "kiosk" so you can't actually do anything there. You could use the ATM, but 3 of the last 3 times I've been there the ATM is not working. This is my usual branch since it's closest to where I shop. They have been helpful exactly one time, and that's when I opened my account. Since then it's "sorry, we're just a kiosk." We can't actually do any banking. Definitely exploring different Credit Unions.
The banker really went all out for me. You won't be allowed right away to open a checking account if you're rebuilding your credit though so... I really do appreciate being able to process that check, it got me out of a jam
