Terrible Service I would not recommend Oregon Community Creit Union to anyone. My checking account was changed without warning and without a change in circumstance to a cash only savings account. They still insist on pulling hard inquiries on my credit, even though I have repeatedly in writing and in person asked them to stop. My son's checking account was closed by them because he had "too much money going in".
Nice People In the last month I've used this branch because I was in the downtown area. On this particular visit I went inside and there was a teller waiting to help me. No waiting in a line. She was fast and friendly.

She was fast and friendly. The other day I went through the drive-thru. The men that were working were both very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. I got through the drive-up in record time.
Friendly Service I visit this location at least once a week. I usually go through the drive-thru. The drive up staff always recognize me and my kids. The staff will say "hi" to the kids and offer them a sucker. The service is always fast and friendly.

LOVE banking with OCCU Every Oregon Community Credit Union branch has excellent tellers, and this branch is no exception. Best known for their high interest rate checking accounts, OCCU provides a great investment opportunity to those who may not be qualified/interested in other investment routes. Earning sometimes $4.00 a month in interest is always nice. No ATM fees, either! Excellent customer service!

Great hours of operation I don't use most of the features of the credit union. My favorite features of the organization are:
Best Non-Bank in Town I've been a member since the 80s and I have never had a problem with them. I know them as U-Lane-O but now they are open to a wider population. The customer service is fantastic, easy to get loans and they have run lots of great programs in the past (and probably present). I used their Discount Auto Buyers service to buy two of my last vehicles. I don't think they have it anymore, but they have all kinds of other great things. Free checking with direct deposit. No comparison to any "bank". Way better.
