The staff was great and helpful.
Before 2020 they helped us all the time as a disabled couple. However, since then the tax returns show millions a year going in and nothing goes out right now they refer you elsewhere who then refers you elsewhere or refuses at this point. Where is the money going besides the business because you can look at the tax returns and see for yourself they get far more money than they use but it says they use almost every penny which is suspicious as well.
ORCCA is a tremendous help to so many people . it's important to keep programs like these going. Very helpful and friendly. Well informed and they return calls.
