This is the best bank I have ever had. Oliver and his crew go above and beyond to help, which is rare these days.
Absolutely the worst bank!!! You make a deposit and then a few days later you check your account and it's in the negative. Then you have to spend hours arguing their screw ups and then they don't want to take all the fees away due to their fault. Never had a bank do this!!! Closing my account today!
I have gone into the Tillamook office on six different occasions to talk to someone about a loan and the process. After 5 times of going in at different times and calling I finally caught the manager whom I was told did the loans. When I talked to her and asked her questions she had little to no knowledge on what I thought was basic loan questions.
