Absolutely the worst bank!!! You make a deposit and then a few days later you check your account and it's in the negative. Then you have to spend hours arguing their screw ups and then they don't want to take all the fees away due to their fault. Never had a bank do this!!! Closing my account today!
I have gone into the Tillamook office on six different occasions to talk to someone about a loan and the process. After 5 times of going in at different times and calling I finally caught the manager whom I was told did the loans. When I talked to her and asked her questions she had little to no knowledge on what I thought was basic loan questions. Awesome customer service and helpful, atmosphere is very welcoming.
Needed to do an interbank transfer and they told me they don't even have a debit Visa card reader in the entire Bank..... What kind of bank doesn't have a Visa MasterCard debit card card reader in 2022?
