I love the camaraderie between the staff. The value we have for the care and well being of our residents is outstanding and shows how much this team cares. Friendly faces everywhere!
I was welcomed in a warm fashion both on the phone initially, than in person upon arrival. I was give clear direction and was personally escorted to the room where the resident I needed to visit was located. After the visit, I was able to debrief with a caregiver and was given clear guidance to the check-out procedure.
Just a dumping ground for families who can't take care of loved ones.. Shame on the families all bad reviews are very true... truly toxic
