I like that they are always quick to respond. I had some user error with my tires and they took care ot in a timely manner. They carry the necessary accessories that you need.
Nothing but great experiences! After both kids broke their bikes, on separate occasions, they were so helpful in getting the kids back on their bikes the same day.
I had a rear flat and Scott was able to get me in right away and get it fixed. I also did proactive tube replacement on the front at the same time. Prompt friendly service...I will be coming back for sure!

Last year my wife & I decided to try biking for a fun activity, and we purchased two cheap pre-assembled bicycles from a large sports retailer with a phallic name.
