I had a rear flat and Scott was able to get me in right away and get it fixed. I also did proactive tube replacement on the front at the same time. Prompt friendly service...I will be coming back for sure!

Last year my wife & I decided to try biking for a fun activity, and we purchased two cheap pre-assembled bicycles from a large sports retailer with a phallic name. After putting about 50 miles on the bikes, my wife insisted something was wrong with hers even though she hadn't ridden a bike since grade school. Oliver and Scott are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. I bought two e-bikes and I believe I got very competitive pricing and they did a great job setting them up and making sure I was comfortable with them before leaving. I would highly recommend them for any bike purchase or service.
