Jennifer at Oreck is awesome. Had my Dyson vacuum that needed fixed. She was very professional, communication was awesome and she knows about all brands of vacuums! She even gave me a loaner due to my situation. Best place to go to get a new vacuum or repairs to existing. Highly recommend!
After narrowing my search down to 2 vacuums I was interested in, Jennifer was very helpful in helping me pick the best option. She is very knowledgeable with the products she carries and brought things to my attention that I wouldn’t have considered despite thinking I had done my own research. After a minor shipping issue with my order, Jennifer went out of her way to resolve the issue. Well beyond what I would have expected from her. Phenomenal customer service. If you’re looking for a vacuum, this is the place to go.

Jennifer, the owner, spent a lot of time with us, showing us different vacuum cleaners and letting us practice using each of them. We were impressed with her technical knowledge. She was very patient, answering all our questions. She assembled the model we purchased and loaded it into our vehicle.
