Very impressed with my experience here. I felt valued from the moment I walked in, even though my need was rather small. Jonathan was kind, asked questions that I wasn’t expecting to ensure that I was on the right path, and made me feel comfortable and coming back the next time I need support
Walked in during my lunch, to drop off my vacuum to get unclogged. After a minutes of exception, Mr. Hamilton was very nice and patient and educated me in the dangers of using vacuum powder and how it can clog it up! I was in shocked the amount of years I’ve been using this stuff, it’s crazy! I AM beyond happy and would give 10+ stars if I could. I highly recommend you come here for your vacuum needs! Great service!
I stopped by to ask for some advice about a vacuum I bought from Walmart and ended up bringing it by to fix the problem after I failed to do so on my own. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and wasn't asked to pay a thing for the quick repair since it was a simple clog. My only regret is that I didn't buy the vacuum here and I'll be back to fix that problem when I need another. Excellent shop!
