Brought in my vacuum because it randomly stopped turning on. Jonathan was able to identify the issue and work with the manufacturer to get a new replacement (with the warranty). The process was easy and streamlined. Jonathan’s customer service was excellent. He gave me updates every step of the way and got it resolved much faster than I had expected. 10/10 would recommend this location for all of your vacuum cleaner related needs. Thank you again!
My husband grew up using an Oreck vacuum, and insisted when we moved in together that we needed to get one. He was right. Jonathan and his staff were amazing in helping with the purchase and with the regular, timely maintenance for the last 7 years. Can't thank them enough!
