Had a lovely back massage by Anna. I could feel all the knots in my back getting undone. My problem area around my shoulders and neck still wasn't much better after my massage. I didn't expect it to be 100% but some more relief would have been good. Apart from that though, lovely experience all around.

Just had a really good Thai oil massage done by Anna. In a bit of pain over the weekend and hopefully so far so good. I have a lot of arthritis aches and pains generally so I thought would give this a whirl. Ive had Thai massage before on beach on holiday but this was way better. Thanks Anna and will be returning for a full hour next time as my body definitely needs it.
