I’m leaving this review to share my experience working as a PM Cook at Holiday Orchid Terrace. Unfortunately, my time there was challenging. Early in my role, I was spoken to in a very unprofessional and aggressive way by a supervisor during what was supposed to be my training period. I had only been in the role for about two weeks at the time and had not yet been fully trained. I just got my dad a apartment here and I can tell you before we even move him in we are so pleased and happy. The manager has been so incredible to me and my sister knowing we are having a hard time with where my dad was. She really cared and I spoke with her on the phone and it was like speaking to family. I cant wait to get my dad moved in. I just know he will be well taken care and it means the world to me and my sister. 100 stars if I could give them!
Too many meals are incomplete. Without vegetables even. Not even correct menu
The residents are friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The activities are fun and interesting. I enjoy living here!
