My experience with Orchid Spa and Wellness has been nothing but a headache. I was gifted a 1 hour deep tissue massage in April. I called the establishment 15-20 times over the course of 4 weeks to schedule an appointment never got a single response. So today June 8th I decided to stop by in hopes of getting massage done today. I was assist by Brooklyn who had so much of her hair shedding on her t-shirt I almost threw up.
