I have been working with Dr. Erdahl to address my stubborn insomnia. During the visit I felt heard and we had a great discussion about lifestyle changes. I learned about how I can improve my sleep and I feel empowered. She also ordered some lab work to further assess my insomnia. I'm looking forward to getting some better sleep! I feel like I have a caring coach who is here to help me improve all aspects of my health.
Highly recommend! Dr. Erdahl has a vast understanding of a whole integrative health and how a persons unique health history contributes to their whole story. She pinpointed many tweaks I could try to improve some of my most stubborn issues. The lab process was so convenient and informative.
