I have tried this Salon twice. They seem not to pay any attention to their scheduling system. Both times I walked in and said I had an appointment and they said OK. What do you want done go sit and wait. This time I waited half an hour and they actually started working on a drop-in who came in after me. So I walked out. No one was in charge. They are disorganized and discourteous, and I do not wish to support that sort of business.
Did the 120 minute deep tissue and got tight knots in my neck and shoulders completely worked. I have chronic tension in my neck, shoulders, and sometimes in my lower back and she was so great at targeting exactly where I told her to and delivering on what I specifically needed. I also have some sports injuries and need special accommodations and she was extremely professional and an expert on how to handle them. 5/5 stars every time.
While eating at Lobster West, I noticed Orchid Day Spa next door. I have seen their ads in Coronado publications over the years and walked in to get a price list. Reviewed the brochure while we finished our late lunch and the foot massage sounded appealing. While the upselling was irritating and I contemplated leaving, I stuck to the 30 minute foot massage request to see if I would trust them with a more expensive service.
