My grandmother was in this facility for about 6 weeks. We were very unhappy with their lack of cleanliness and insufficient care she received. When she would push her call button it would take a very long time for staff to respond and that’s if they responded at all. When walking around the facility it was hard to find staff and you could hear call lights beeping everywhere. During my stay i noticed the facility was very clean and the staff was attentive. Izzy my social worker explained the discharge process to and how the process went to get my wheelchair to go home with. It just got delivered to me. Izzy assisted me really well.
Staff here at Orchard took good care of my husband during his stay. Communication from Izzy the social worker for my husband was great. Izzy kept me in the loop weekly on updates.
I would not recommended anyone to go there they barely clean your room there was stuff on my floor for days.you barely seen nurse aids and when you push your buzzer they don't come into your room for hours and we make out a meal schedule they don't give you what you pick.
