We were very pleased with the care our relative received. Exceptional staff, always very caring. Food was good. Facility bright and clean, a homey feel. Highly recommend.
Could not have picked a better place for our dear mom who had dementia and was there for 8+ years…. The staff was always caring and knowledgeable and you could tell they really enjoy what they do! Have you ever visited a facility and fell in love with every detail of it? . Well, I did when I first walked into Orchard Pointe Memory Care. First of all, the facility is very clean, organized and patients are always tidy and well groomed. The entire staff is very welcoming , professional and respectful. When it comes to medical care it is very impressive how Taylor stays on top of it. Newly remodeled property and more importantly a caring staff.
I will be forever grateful to Orchard Pointe and particularly to Taylor and Kristy for going above and beyond in helping me when my situation got really tough. While awaiting placement, these phenomenal women made multiple two hour drives to come to my home and provide necessary care for my husband. Taylor even drove up with her family on a weekend to save me a trip to the emergency room. They did this because they are kind, caring women and I can now sleep at night knowing that my husband is receiving that same level of car... read more
