I am a med tech here at orchard park, and I mainly work the memory care unit but Ive worked the Al side also. My experience here has been a great one I love my residents and the different personalities and the Management here is also great open door policy and attentive to the residents and thier needs. If I had to place my loved one here I would feel comfortable and confident that my loved one would be taken care of.

While at the Oncologist's office, I witnessed what I believed to be a caregiver gently wheeling a patient to the waiting area. She gently and carefully positioned her wheelchair and began to wait with her. While waiting, she took a phone call. While on the call the patient began to stir. Sirena began gently stroking her arm, then held her hand, continuously stroking it with her thumb. She did this until she got off her call. The love and care were undeniable. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff at Orchard Park Living. We’ve had ongoing issues with my mother’s restroom that still haven’t been repaired, and when we reached out for help, one of the employees actually blocked our number instead of addressing the concerns. Completely unacceptable. The food is also terrible and not at all what was presented when we first toured the facility. Families deserve better.

I would like to recognize Tangie Smith, the Life and Enrichment Director. Tangie has been a tremendous help in assisting with my Sister-In-Law. She always goes the extra mile, is patient, and attentive when dealing with her. Tangies attention to detail, and knowledge is awesome, she has a true passion for her career. Tangie is always nice, approachable, and has a willing spirit for patient care.
