I I gave 1 star because they can fo better with housekeeping and the way they treat the residents in memory care,They steal the residents belongings and don’t assist the people that can’t feed themselves,I would never put my parents in that place
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Orchard Park and attending their fall festival. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, engaged, and actively involved in the event. It was wonderful to see such a warm and inviting atmosphere for the residents and guests. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great staff that has shown to be very caring
I recently came to an event at this facility with a cousin of mine. I just want to recognize how wonderful it was. The food was amazing!!! An Easter brunch that really set the bar so high!!! What really caught my attention and motivated this review though - is how truly "connected" the staff and residents were.
