A wonderful building, with the most caring staff!!
Washer on the the third floor on the left side never works. When going to check back up on it, you’ll always find it stopped and filled with water. It does not help with the amount of hours they give to just wash and dry. Had mentioned it to staff multiple times but nothing is ever done about it.
Went to look at Solista Yakima on April 10, 2026. We were really interested as their units looked nice and price was reasonable. My wife started to have some sort of episode. Ended up going to ER. The Solista employee did get us a wheelchair. My wife had lost the ability to walk and talk coherently. I had a very difficult time getting her into my car. The employee came out and saw I was struggling and did not volunteer to help, or get someone to help. For this reason only, I would not recommend them.
Carlie has been so lovely to work with! Residents were very welcoming and the whole facility is gorgeous. We were especially impressed with the library and the kitchen in the community room. Tons of puzzles available to do as well as a culinary school trained chef, a beautician and a caregiver on site!
