My mother has been here 1 year and the staff has been very kind. She has been going to the exercise class and has lost weight so her overall health has greatly improved.
The entire staff has been so caring and compassionate with providing care to my grandparents
Despite the less than complimentary reviews I don't see patients beating a path to the exits. I have been a patient on.the nursing and residence sides twice.. During each stay I have received focused and prompt treatment.I feel safe, secure, and I think we enjoy a very high quality staff. My religious preference is also respected and accommodated. If you want your nose wiped every 5 minutes, look elsewhere.
Administration/management treats their staff very poorly. Maybe part of the reason they are always understaffed.
