Patient care is rock bottom, my daughter has to sit in wet soiled diapers for 3 or more hours before being changed, unless a family member goes there and changes her. They lie and say we'll be right there and never show up. Complaints fall on deaf ears, because they never make any situation better. Shut this place down....10:48-1:20 and she is still sitting there wet. I'm filing a complaint with the board of nursing today
Prior to coming to Orchard Hill, I was at another facility where I developed an infection in my leg. I was hospitalized, and from the hospital I made the decision to come to Orchard Hill for my recovery. I truly could not have chosen a better place. From the moment I arrived, everyone here was excellent. When I came into the facility, I had a wound VAC and was dealing with a serious infection. I had a truly great experience at this rehab facility. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The environment felt safe, comfortable, and very welcoming.
