Orchard Grove is wonderful! I only wish we would have known about this place sooner. It is VERY clean and quiet. The moment we walked in the door, we knew this was where we wanted our mother to be. The staff is kind. There are options for meals - residents may go to the beautiful dining hall or stay in their apartment/suite to eat. The food looks delicious and our mother says that it is. This has been a wonderful home for my grandma. It is very clean and inviting the second you walk in the door and the staff is helpful and pleasant. I feel like she is safe and is also able to be as independent as possible.
Not at all communicative. Lack in empathy towards families needs during the pandemic situation.
