This is the BEST place to live in the winter months! It is clean, well kept, and full of friendly people! It is small and gated with lots of events and fun. Each trailer has its own lot that is owned by owner (cooperative) so that people really take care of their places. There is a green space of lawn at each lot/park model. Most of the 126 spaces have park models on them, but some are open for RV's. This is a cooperative that is owned by individuals who live in or rent their units.
