Orbitz Biking Experience is an absolute gem! Mr. Larry, the owner, is a true professional and genuinely cares about his customers. His friendly demeanor and expert knowledge make the experience truly exceptional. I've had the pleasure of using their services twice: once for my own bike and another time for my dad's bike assembly. Both times, the service was outstanding. So glad I found this Black-owned bike shop! I brought my bike in for repair and the staff were friendly and took the time to listen to the issues I was having. Fair prices and clear communication about what needed to be done to repair my bike.
Fantastic bike shop with great service. Had a standard tune up done for almost half the cost anywhere else would charge. Honest service as well. I thought I needed new tires and asked for new ones to be put on. Turns out tires were fine and they told me as such instead of charging to put new ones on. Highly recommend.
Great little bike shop right here in Petersburg! Prices on work are good and they've got a nice selection of new and used bicycles, accessories, and other equipment. I'll be back to service my bike soon.
