Kc is amazing and makes you feel heard. Absolutely nothing but praise for how good this man is at his job! The internet service has been mostly reliable as well, with the exception of the occasional outage.

We are Snowbirds and heading home. Not sure when we will be returning. I went to the Maricopa Office to explain my situation. Juan was very helpful and gave me the attention customers deserved. He went out of his way to make sure I was cared for. Now a days they want you to do everything online you don’t always live person sevice. Thank-you Juan for helping this senior out.
