William was our awesome Orbital technician! He got the job done in a timely manner and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!
Not happy, long time customer, sub par at best, and then leave anything inside behind, like wont take there trash!! Starlink here i come!! 10 out of 10 don't recommend customer since 2008 and has finally had enough!! I tried hard to support local!! But failed... sad It's been a few days with Starlink and I must say worth the money!!! The speeds of 60 to 70 megs with orbitel since before 2003 ...'08' and Starlink is giving me 4 to 500 megs with no issues and I haven't even upgraded the modem!!! Wow We need a -star option! Briana at the Orbitel store in SaddleBrooke was incredibly helpful. She was so friendly when I stopped in to ask some questions. She got me switched to Orbitel for internet seamlessly and explained the whole process so I knew exactly what to do. Kudos!!
