I’ve been having issues with my cable and Internet service with Orbitel over the past few months or so. I had spoken numerous times with the customer service rep, Briana. Briana is AWESOME! She is personable, professional, answered all my numerous questions and was very patient with me. I can’t say enough about how great she was! You can tell that she really loves her job and loves helping her customers. 5⭐️ shout out to her!!
