Juan, at the home office in Maricopa just helped me get back on line and T.V. He was wonderful. In the 9 years I have been with Orbitel have never had this great service that Juan offered today.
Amanda was absolutely fantastic! She made upgrading my Internet service quick and easy, answered all my questions, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and making the entire experience so easy!

Ran into the office and Amanda was at the desk She answered all my questions and helped me upgrade my cable service Very helpful, friendly and efficient Based on interaction with her I would recommend ORBITEL as a cable and internet provider!
