Never had any issues. Moved us to a modified lower rate without asking. Best Internet company I ever dealt with. Wish we hadn't moved away.
I went into the location for the first time in person to turn in my equipment because I’ve moved and KC was super cool and awesome to do business with. Professional and friendly service great job KC!
Came in after 2 months of run around with 2 other internet services... KC greeted me with enthusiasm and heard me through my struggles. With a little work with a coworker, they were able to squeeze me in for a quicker install than originally quoted. Painless and quick. Also the MOST IMPORTANT thing is transparency and no false promises! No annoying extra push for sales (just touched on capabilities and expectations for each package speed which sells itself). Customer service is top knotch with KC and Juan!
