Rides were arranged 5/16/25 by the hospital for my mom's chemo. Driver was rude, refused to come down her long driveway (not ideal to make her walk to the street since she is not well), drove dangerously and recklessly, was on the phone loudly the whole ride, and did not help my mom in and out of the car. Last night, on 95N going past Cranston, got stuck behind an Orbit Shuttle, doing 37 mph in one of the left lanes as everyone else was doing 55-65. If your drivers want to do under the speed limit, please tell them to drive in the far right lane.
