I took my e-bike to Orbit City for a rear tube replacement. The owner took a bike he was working on off the rack. He placed my bike on the rack and replaced the tube while I waited. The repair price was very fair and the service was excellent . I have found my new bike shop for repairs on our e-bikes.

Beware. I was flat out lied to about my order. I was told I was buying it from California and two weeks delivery. Instead, of delivery, which I stayed home from work for, and only after I inquired about my order, I got an email from China, informing me of at least a month's delay. I am currently trying to get a refund. These people are dishonest and deceptive. I no longer trust them.
Tom was able to answer all our questions and teach me so much about e-bikes. I have several autoimmune issues and this bike has given me renewed freedom to be active again. I love riding bikes with my granddaughter!
