Disappointed that my bike wasn’t ready, or work even started, after I had brought it in a week earlier. Wasted 40 minutes waiting and then got caught by a rainstorm on the way home. It was supposed to be a quick pickup, which was the whole point of leaving it for a week.

Tom has been great to work with. Over the years, I’ve bought four bikes from him for various members of our family. He’s got an encyclopedic knowledge of his stock and of Ebikes generally. He’s helpful and never pushy. We’ve had a good experience with service too.
Very friendly service. They let my take my time and try several bikes.
