While the staff is traditionally "nice" to you and present themselves in snazzy suits, these guys are a far cry from anything that resembles wealth building. At best these guys are good at neglecting inflation, at worst they're all too good at ignoring repeated requests for information and investigation into different strategies; all this despite having invested over $50,000 with them.
