I mean the amount of confusion this place has and the turnover rate is ridiculous, I’ve had 4 sales people within 6 months. The only one with good communication is the manager Chuck! And I own two businesses and credit card processing fees are only 2.9% so it’s pretty laughable that they’re trying to up charge credit card processing fees to 6% to try and screw the little guy. Not including the “collection specialist” Yvette was extremely rude over the phone, so 1 star is definitely deserved
Blue Trees is the best! What a fantastic piece of software. If I ever have to pause my clock, it will lose track of all my hours, and whenever I need to speak to tech support, I have the pleasure of speaking to someone in India who just tells me to log out and log back in again while I get to listen to their dog barking and children screaming in the background while they're on speaker. Fake stars! No way 4.7 is legit! Look at Florida location reviews for accuracy!
I would NOT recommend Orbromm as customer service is horrible. We are having such a horrible experience dealing with Orbcomm on a refund. It has been more than 4 months and no status from them. Will not recommend anyone doing business with them, as they do not value their customers at all.
