They over dilute their Botox, presumably so you need more units. (You should need no more than 9 units for frown lines for instance). & If you don't have visible lumps between your brows and on your forehead after you leave, for several minutes, till even after you get in your car, they have definitely over diluted their Botox. Also, because they mix Botox it in another room or behind your back. You don't see the bottle. You have no idea if it's Botox they're using on you or a cheaper option that is less long-lasting like Xe... read more
2nd time at OT and I have to say that I always get a good vibe when you walk in. The front desk staff are very courteous/polite and ready to serve you.
