This has got to be the worst department in the whole school district. I have been emailing the department every day for the past week asking for confirmation on when I can pick up my son‘s bus pass because he starts school this coming Wednesday and I have yet to receive a response. I completed the paperwork online two months ago so it’s not like I waited last minute. I suggest you guys start doing your job because you’re horrible. Get it TOGETHER!!!! Useless employees.
