This place is great. Been using their services for years and always pleased with the quality of work and prices they charge. They take the time to fix what is wrong and do it without judgement —BUT—with patient customer service. They have replaced screens, replaced batteries, transferred data for phone upgrades and replaced numerous screen protectors. Nick recently spent two hours troubleshooting an issue for me——and never gave up until it was right. Check em out——you won’t be disappointed.
Dont take a high dollar sumsang here. Just go to u break i fix for 20 dollars more. I would leave it 0 if I could after thousands of dollars. I had to return for fixing because they left glue on husband's camera and my front camera didn't work when i took photos prior to handovermy phone. The manager fixed bother problems but 4 days later my screen starts to turn grey out of no where. Did I drop it, no. I have spent over 3k at this store with repairs and buying items. Do not use them. I wouldnt recommend any serious phone repairs here. They will not stay in operation long after they are "repaired". I recently brought a phone here for a broken screen. The screen was repaired however numerous issues appeared after. I had come back to get it repaired a second time and at this point I know my phone is on borrowed time. Issues noted SD card stopped reading* (corrected on second visit) Rear camera signal intermittent. I visited on a busy Saturday morning and expected a long wait. Even with several customers ahead of me, they handled things efficiently. My microphone issue was fixed the same day, and people can finally hear me clearly during calls. Definitely worth the visit.
