Our bus driver was erratic with driving on bus 037. The bus itself was falling apart inside. I regularly book charter busses for my profession and this bus isn't even sub par. Everybody on the bus was complaining we were hot. The bus driver said close the shades because the air was all the way up. The shades were already closed. The electrical outlets didnt work. This past weekend, I utilized Orange Lines Buses for the first time while visiting Orlando. Our two bus drivers Eric and Jeanne were incredible. They were super kind throughout, and were willing to work with us as our plans were constantly changing on the fly. Never any complaints, never any issues, both of them continued to provide excellent service. One of our members left his wallet on the bus and didn’t realize until after we had left the buses. Luis was fantastic. He arrived at our school on time and drove us safely to and from our field trip. He was friendly and positive. We were in contact before the trip and he update me on his arrival time. Very professional. I will request him every time. Great job Luis
