wont be going back takes forever to get helped and 20 dollars for 2 tubes is crazy the only reason I didn't walk out was because my bike was all ready in back but 70 dollars for 2 new tubes and breaks is crazy
Make your presence known because they won't ask you if you need help. I was in there waiting for 20 minutes, while they happily served customers with repairs. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other shops in the area.
I have gone into this place 3 times with the intention to buy a bike on the spot. However, the customer service in this place is nonexistent. There are several people wandering around behind the counter....but they seem to not pay any attention to the customers that are waiting around for assistance. On all three occasions I was never able to talk to anyone who worked there. They really need to be a A LOT more attentive to customers that come in door. I am taking my business elsewhere. They definitely lost a good sale!
