I canceled my reservation 48 hours in advance due to a "historic storm" where local officials were strongly recommending everyone to stay off the roads. Orange County Van Rental still charged a full cancelation fee, more concerned about short term profits than the safety of everyone in the van.
It is a great rental company. I had to pick up up to eight people from the airport for one of my OF photo shoots. OC Van Rental was there to help. After talking with customer service representative and signing all required documents, the van was ready for the use. Since, the shoot took three days, I rented the van for three days. In total, I paid $600.00, and got my deposit of $300.00. Since, there were no dents or scratches. Definitely, I would recommend to use this rental service.
Really impressed with the service and professional experience of the staff. They helped me out last minute since enterprise canceled my reservation for no reason. Luckily they had a van available and it was brand new!
