The worst in all things related to customer service. They're not kind, not clear or know how to communicate well, and seem to have a pompous attitude. For being paid by tax payers money they sure do work like it, but act is if they are above reproach. How can we get these workers removed and replaced? Orange deserves much better than this. Just look at the overall ratings, that tells you everything you need to know.
Couldn’t believe how well my issue was handled. Called and spoke with someone without hitting any prompts and was done in minutes.
Orange county doesn't pro rate. Don't buy anything while living here if you don't want to pay a year's worth of taxes on it. What a joke even a dumb phone has a calculator. A 6th grade could pro rate
15$ card fee. Our govt loves to rob us every chance they get. The lady working there was nice though
