The most friendly staff u would ever meet
Those women are there for a check, they don't know anything if its not basic, everyone with chevron hates dealing with this branch, is it because it's a small town and they don't have the proper training or they're just here for a check
Employees need to be trained properly before dealing with clients. They forget they work for tax payers. The person on the counter doesn't know the requirements and made up her own. I tried showing her that she was not correct when I looked up the requirements online. She refused to look and insisted she was correct. Very disappointing.
