Employees need to be trained properly before dealing with clients. They forget they work for tax payers. The person on the counter doesn't know the requirements and made up her own. I tried showing her that she was not correct when I looked up the requirements online. She refused to look and insisted she was correct. Very disappointing.
Mortgage went up nearly $400 because they raised their taxes. Get a statement saying I owed more taxes. Get another statement for the same year saying I owed more in taxes again. Then I spent multiple days on hold trying to speak to someone. The fact I was placed on hold for 2 and a half hours when someone picked up the line and rattled off information that wasn't mine, then placed me on hold again, also doesn't sit right.
