[No stars] I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Clerk ID 1445, whose name tag said Stacy. From the moment I approached the window, her demeanor was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. She asked me to sign a document, and while I was in the process of doing so, she repeated the request in a rushed and impatient tone, as if I was taking too long. Mrs Meredith took care of me and is so kind! She even let me use her glasses when I couldn’t see very well!!
I don’t know what they’re drinking in the morning. But I’m sure it’s a cup of haterade. They will come at you with full force not wanting to help with anything because they don’t know.
Great office, usually quieter than the main Orange office, very friendly staff!
Extremely rude over the phone. I’m sure every once in a while you might encounter a nice person here, but other than that everyone here is cranky and mean.
