Where do I even start!? Jamelia, being my angel on earth today, I can’t even phantom to imagine how God himself handed her personally to me, to assist me! From her smile, to her soft spoken-ness (if that’s a word) lol she was just everything I needed today! I had gotten so discouraged talking to people over the phone and receiving so many no’s and without a stutter and a second guess, she assisted me! Jackie Torres. If you want anything that you need done correctly that's the only way to go. She was very welcoming, very kind, very patient with my particular concern. And no point in time did I feel rushed to do something that I was not familiar with. If we can duplicate that particular experience at the DMV it'll be a more welcoming place to go to no matter the circumstance.
