Just spoke with a woman not even a minute ago, very dismissive, very short and rude. Then proceeded to hang up on me. 0/10 calling back not to see if I can get someone more polite.

The manager was extremely rude and racist, telling me that even though I’m a green card holder, I’m still considered an immigrant and cannot apply for a license replacement online. This was incorrect information, as I was able to successfully update my license online.
Terrible experience . Staff at window 13 （R GEORGE? ）was extremely unprofessional, careless and repeatedly questioned documents already submitted, very impatient, interrupted many times. System crashed multiple times. After passing, said give me one second was left waiting at the window for over 14 minutes , I was treated noticeably worse than other customers.
