I was helped by Shaimaa and her customer service was excellent! She did a wonderful job at completing two request. Her instructions were clear and concise and she was so friendly.
Ocoee Tax Collector Office (August 22, 2025) Today, August 22, I was attended at window #16 by a person who showed a serious lack of empathy and zero customer service skills. Unfortunately, I do not know her name, but her attitude was extremely unprofessional—no greeting, no courtesy, and she looked upset as if the world was to blame for her problems.
