Always have great service here and they have parking spots outside. For those complaining about credit/debit card payment fees please remember that Orange County has to pay MC/VISA 2%'ish to process your payment and the fees the county imposes go towards that cost. The County shouldn't be on the hook for someone's payment choice.
Thank you Donna Martin (Vehicle Appraisal Technician) for helping me recover the overpaid car tax. You are a true hero in this bureaucratic nightmare. But other things such as school subsidies and public welfare fees have not been refunded. I guess they are too busy counting their money to care about us. At least half of the money has been refunded, thanks to you. Maybe I can buy myself a nice sandwich with that.
Getting a passport these days is difficult. I made an appointment here for my two boys. Jennifer was friendly, compassionate and patient with my young ones. We were in and out very quickly. Highly recommend using this office for passport applications!
