I had the best service. Juan was very intelligent explaining to me about the credit cards about how to transfer the car into my name. Whatever I had at to ask him. He had a good answer for me. The branch manager Terri was absolutely amazing helping me out with my autoloan! She was able to work around my hectic schedule and offer me all the information I needed to proceed with buying me first car! Every time I’ve been into OCCU I’ve never had an issue and am always greeted with a smile. 100% recommend 🫶
