They always switch managers because they have bad experience over there. I have a really bad experience. I’ve been a member with them for almost 8 years when I want to take a loan for $1000 this starts making excuses. I’m done with them. You wonder why they switch managers all the time. I have to click on star I can for one star to be able to post this comments
Always takes way too long for even something as basic as a withdrawal. The last few times I've come, it's been over a half hour wait. I asked if they could raise the ATM limit so I didn't have to come in every time and after trying for a while, calling for an override, etc they still couldn't do it. So now I'm stuck coming in and waiting a ridiculous amount of time every time I need to take money out of my account.
The service was great and, Terri Lamey was excellent
I've had an outstanding experience with my bank. Their offers truly make life easier and stress-free. The customer service is exceptional—every representative I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful. They treat their customers like members of a community, not just consumers to profit from. Highly recommend!
