Alondra was super rude i went in to make a deposit and i waited 10 min while she was chit chatting with the guy mind you she was super friendly to the man upfront but when I went up stank face and stank attitude I’ll make sure the next time I come here to not go to her seems like high schoolers just work here

So I’ve been a member since 2005 and particularly this year I haven’t been happy as I once was about this bank. Definitely changing to another credit union soon, I’m still waiting for my bank replacement card and it’s been over 7 days. On top of that they charge me $10 for that card, I’m not sure when they started doing that but this was the first I’ve heard of it.
