I have been a member of Orange County’s Credit Union for approximately 10 years and have generally been very satisfied with the level of customer service I’ve received. Unfortunately, during a recent visit, I had a negative experience with Jessica, the lead manager. The customer representative at your long beach branch( his name is Lee)was helpful,l courteous, and professional in helping me replace my lost/ stolen bank card. The system went down and I had to wait much longer than anticipated . You get me informed throughout the entire process kudos to Lee.
