SMH!!! I called in the morning and since the wait time was over an hour, I chose a call back. It’s now almost 5pm and no call back. What’s the use of having this option, if they are NOT returning calls! This is BS! I have something very important to take care of, and this is how they buy time, now I have to wait an additional hour! By that time the bank will be closed, now I have to take time off of work, to go to the bank to take care of this issue! Freakin pissed off!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely disappointed with the mortgage underwriting team at OCFCU. Despite providing clear documentation and citing specific Fannie Mae guidelines (B3-3.7-02) regarding business cash flow, the underwriting team ghosted me for a week, and their manager Monica Partida refused to apply standard industry add-backs, resulting in a wrongful denial. I have been with Orange County credit union for years. And they are the absolute best I just came in to this branch and Jesica assisted me. She was absolutely amazing. I was in there for a short time and she took care of all of my needs all at the same time if you’re looking for best customer service if you’re looking for a bank who cares please go to Orange County credit union. And please make sure you ask for her. She is the absolute best very caring understanding which is what you want in a bank.
I have been a member of Orange County’s Credit Union for approximately 10 years and have generally been very satisfied with the level of customer service I’ve received. Unfortunately, during a recent visit, I had a negative experience with Jessica, the lead manager.
