The Staff are very kind, patient, and keep up light sentiment conversation. I recently refinanced my auto loan with them and reduced my interest nearly 7%! Overall pretty happy with them and the only reason I don't give them a 5 star is that they don't have any more locations/ATM's for convenience/accessibility. Pretty Strong and Solid Institution. If credit unions nationwide gave this same service they would put the big banksters out of business!
