0 stars Just called at 7:03 am and a VERY rude lady who did not give me her name answered the phone. She refused to help when calling about high school kids waiting for almost an hour for their bus in 25 degree weather. Hung up on me when I told her she was being rude, further proving my point. Called back as soon as she hung up and someone else picked up who knew how to help & direct me to the correct person to figure out where their bus was so I could either tell the kids to go home or wait a minute. My son was abandoned at his school by bus number 5413 because he had his band instrument with him. Him and several.other students were abandoned at the school for this reason and no one is calling me back or attempting to reprimand the driver so maybe this google review will get me some results.

Obviously, as you can tell from the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, something is fundamentally broken with the OCPS Transportation system. This is CHILDREN SAFETY we’re talking about here.. but no one seems to care. Strongly recommend just going the car rider route - less time wasted and most importantly you gain certainty of knowing your child has made it to and from school safely. GOD HELP US!
