If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter’s bus is late every single morning by an hour to an hour and a half late. I’ve called and they pretty much told me that they were short on bus drivers and there’s nothing they can do. So now my daughter has a bunch of tardies and I excused absences that no one is doing anything about. I know that part is on the school but it’s on the buses to make sure the students get to school on time! If they would pay the drivers a better wage, then maybe they wouldn’t be short on drivers.

Honestly, if they paid these school bus driver more money, they wouldn’t have an issue with shortages of drivers. And I wouldn’t have issues with have my daughter having a new bus driver accidentally skipping her …

I would give them zero if I could .Almost 3 weeks since school started and no one has yet to call me back even though left messages due to the find my bus app showing 2 different bus stops and bus number for both my kids that attend the same school and live in the same house. I was able to speak to someone but very rude .they don’t like to listen they cut you off when speaking or explaining something and no good customer service or empathy at all .They all have a I don’t care attitude.Still dont have a resolution to my kids ... read more

Purposeful bus driver shortages that risk your child’s wellbeing. Do better Orange County, we pay enough taxes that are probably being sent to Israel for genocide.
