I have reported this company to its insurance provider, Western Surety Company in South Dakota, and to the Orange County Clerk-Recorder. They deserve to know how this company conducts its business. While I won’t go into the details here, if you’re looking for a reliable process server, do not use this company. You will almost certainly be ignored or mistreated. Choose a different provider. I have never had anyone served before. Michael Danley made the process simple and efficient. He communicated with me because the defendant was difficult to reach. He made 4 attempts and was able to serve her on the 5th attempt. He is knowledgeable with decades of experience and has clearly instructed me on next steps and been helpful with advice . I would highly recommend him

Michael went above and beyond what I would have thought and expected from a service like this. I found him by basically blind dialing, when I was under a time crunch to get a deflective plaintiff in Laguna served. He was responsive, very explanatory of the fees, costs, and the process and actually picked up the phone with every call! Michael was very quick to return my call when I was looking for an immediate process server. I had to actually have him go two separate times for the same case, different documents and both times he got it done efficiently on rushed services. He was also very communicative on how processes work, got my proof of service back to me quickly and offered some advice through his experience. Definitely took a huge load off my plate during a stressful time. Highly recommend!
