Im a disabled veteran. I have been all over the country and done physical therapy everywhere. This place is by far the best place I've ever been, I refuse to go anywhere else. When you are there it feels like family, never too crowded and they always have time to help and assist you if you need it.
The billing is not done correctly and payments made are not showing in their system! Had to pull credit card statements for three months to verify money paid on husband's therapy. Called Orange office and have been in the office on two other occasions. No help. Have to speak to Kim who is in manager at another location. She never answers phone.
They are too backed up to even put me on their schedule after weeks of waiting or give me any idea how long it will take to get to me because there are quite a few still ahead of me. I’m glad they are staying busy but where do people go?
