I had my first myofascial massage with Edmar yesterday and it was incredible. I've struggled with sleep issues for a long time and last night I had the best sleep I've had in ages. Edmar truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. Started seeing him for low back and neck/shoulder pain and have seen a huge improvement so far after 3 sessions. He is very knowledgable and knows how to get to the root of the pain issues. I came across Edmar at Myotherapy OC on Instagram and was instantly intrigued by his work. I had been dealing with persistent lower back pain and, more recently, nagging shoulder pain. I have been a client of OC Myotherapy for about two years now. Edmar is truly amazing and a master of his craft— I personally recommend him to all of my friends and coworkers. I woke up with very intense shoulder and neck pain which made my job as a nurse very difficult and painful. He fixed this in just one session and I was back at work and the gym the next day! Could not recommend him enough.
