All very very good. One not good was you sent a SUV, albeit a small one. As I’ve noted previously , I must have a regular sedan vehicle. Not requiring climbing up ANYTHING to get into car. One could-have-been-better was driver’s almost non existence English Language. But his friendliness and total helpfulness compensated. - almost.

I knew as soon as I received my text 15 minutes prior to departure in my drive that Enisha (sp) was going to take care of us on the way to LAX! Great communication, on spot, friendly, and the SUV was an excellent ride. Return to LAX was just as smooth as the first drop off. I highly recommend OC if you prefer a great, safe, comfortable ride!
